Bye Bye Hunter

My experience at Hunter College in Musical Theater.

Omg I don’t even know how can I start this. I really will miss everybody. They are the best people I ever met to work in a dance, acting, music and show. Nobody was competing who is better and who’s not. Nobody put you down. No body judged you, and we were all A TEAM. Thank to (alphabetical last name order) – Rachel A, Julian B, Jonas B, Jonny B, Liliana C, Paul D, Jessica E, Alexandra E, Juliana F, Rachel H, Joanna L, Shalay L, Samantha M, Margarita M, Nadya M, Ashley M, Angela M, Marlene S, Christina T, Megan W. I will miss you guys. My professors, Musical Director- Susan, Dance- Steven, Acting- Sara, Movement- Stacey, Pianist- Nicky, Coordinator- Jenny, Director- Allyn. Thank a lot!!!!!!!!! The first week was really hard and crazy. The time passed really slow, being there from 9 am till 5pm. The second week was really good, we started knowing each other more, I had so much Fun. I loved all my classes. OMg I don’t really wanna write here a lot but I wanna summarize everything. Sooo. My music class was challenging, and I really appreciate the work that Susan did. She really did teach us the techniques and the process through singing. I know I am not a good singer but I enjoyed it. LOL. Nick, was a great Musical Theater History Teacher and same time out pianist. He was great; he’s so funny and enthusiastic. I love him. The class was really interesting and I developed interest in the Musical Theater History, of course I love all the History in any theme. Steven was the most awesome dance teacher you will ever meet. He was like one of us, we had the best time in his class. And he told us about his dirt little secret aaaa… Driller hahaha yeahh I am not going to tell ya hehe soo. Sara my acting teacher. Maybe sometimes she was harsh but she was always right. She though the basic techniques in acting, and we improved so much and I loved her class. Wow we always shared smiles and tears. Stacey’s class, was really amusing, we always had to think outside out box, to move in funny ways, and looking like a fool, I loved it, it relaxed me so much and so many links to a acting career we studied, ahh I loved it. Jenny, she was Allyn’s helper, she was like our coordinator. She was fantastic. She really understood us more than anybody else. She was pregnant at the time too, she was, is and will be AWESOME. She is going to be a great mammy. Awwww. And Allyn, our director. She was great, organized and always put us back into order and thought us about college. She had nice ideas and she was great putting all this together.
We had a show on the 16 and 17. The show is about- 1920’s period of time on a cruise boat with so many characters and influences, musical performances, dance and acting. It was awesome…. Aaaa.a.a.aaaa……………………………………… This is the best experience I ever had. Of course I did also have a great time at FIT Saturday college classes, but like this, never. I love what I did. And I am a lot into all of those and into fashion too of course hehehe
